Upon full payment, ownership rights may transfer to the client as outlined in the service agreement. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, website performance, or third-party integrations. All services are provided “as is,” without warranties except those explicitly stated in agreements.
Our services may use third-party platforms, hosting providers, plugins, or APIs. We are not responsible for their performance, data handling, or downtimes. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
We may suspend or terminate access to services for policy violations, non-payment, or misuse. Clients may terminate agreements by notifying us in writing, subject to any cancellation terms defined.
